No. QSM is hosted in the cloud. This means that your school does not need to have any special computers or servers to host it. You will however require a device (such as a desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone) with internet connectivity to be able to use it.

QSM does not currently have a mobile application. However, QSM is highly responsive and delivers a very good experience on mobile devices as it does on laptops and desktops.

QSM is designed for Nursery, Primary and Secondary schools. However due to its flexibility and customisability other institutions like orphanages also use it and find it very useful.

Yes. With our STARTER plan, you can use ALL THE FEATURES of the software FREE OF CHARGE for as long as you want. The STARTER plan supports up to 30 students. This plan is suitable for newly established schools with no more than 30 students.

For schools with more than 30 students, we offer a 30-day FREE trial for the PRO and PRO PLUS plans. This period will give you the opportunity to fully try out all the features of your QSM plan.

We offer a free for life plan and two paid plans.

• STARTER Plan: Free for life (up to 30 students)
• PRO Plan: $399/year (unlimited number of students)
• PRO PLUS plan: $499/year (unlimited number of students)

It is possible to upgrade to a higher plan midway through your QSM subscription. You will only be required to pay the pro-rated difference between your current plan and the higher plan you wish to upgrade to.
It is however not possible to change your subscription to a lower plan.

The quickest way to get up and running with QSM is to pay for a subscription using a credit/debit card or a PayPal account. Alternatively, you may also pay by bank deposit/transfer.

QSM has a growing knowledge base at QSM KNOWLEDGE BASE which contains articles describing how to do different thing like setup a school account, add a teacher to a school etc. In addition to this, we also provide e-mail as well as remote support via telephone and Skype.

There is no time limit on your usage of QSM as long as you continue to renew your subscription annually.
